quarantine – the act of isolating any known or suspected malware so that it can do no further damage to digital information and assets, usually as a pre-cursor to removal or examination.

QoS – Quality of service (QoS) is the overall performance of a telephony or computer network, particularly the performance seen by the users of the network.
